I loved the OWL reset!! As a yoga therapist I practice Ayurvedic lifestyle for myself and clients. I love how their program incorporates food, soups, and support! Something magical happens when you drink the mylkshakes or broth - they are so soothing and absolutely delicious. Each bone broth has a unique enough flavor to offer variety. I was not able to do the complete liquid cleanse - so I needed to mix in some of the recommended foods (proteins, etc) and foods I can chew, more of a texture issue than I didn't feel full.
The only mylkshake that was a little tougher to handle was the Golden Turmeric one? That one was a bit rough to get done, but I would drink the matcha one in the morning, its like I felt instantly hydrated and this cooling sensation washed over my body. I have never responded in quite the same way to a smoothie. I will definitely be purchasing more of this one - I think one morning I did add a banana and blueberries which added a bit of sweetness, but I found myself fine without it. I will be ordering more of my favorite mylkshake and the bone broth to have when I need a reset day - its just a nice option to have and filling enough so I did not feel hungry ever.
I highly recommend if you need a soothing, gentle reset that provides enough nutrition and fullness so you don't feel like you are starving!
