I did the 2 day reset and the broths were my favorite part. I plan on incorporating them into my normal food routine to help with my inflamation. They are warm and savory and not over powering. This is just a liquid broth, it's not thick, but I felt like this actually made me feel more full due to the flavor. It's a mental thing. Mind you, in the politest way to phrase this, you drink a lot of fluids doing the reset so that is mainly how you evacuate.

I love this trio! It is the best way to try them all. I seriously cannot choose a favorite. They are all bursting with flavor and make me feel so nourished from the inside out. I love making noodle soups or sipping on them throughout the day!
