I've done this rest a couple times now (once for 4 days, another for 6 days), and I truly love it! I went all days without any caffeine which I didn't think I would be able to do. I love doing the owl Venice reset a couple times a year. I have lots of digestive issues. That includes dealing with stomach pain and diarrhea. Sometimes even vomiting if I get really stressed out. I also noticed that these cleanses is very soothing to my body, I noticed that I feel less stressed overall, and I feel good about myself. My mood will change after a 4-8 day reset. It helps me to feel good inside and out. My stomach pain will go away after I'm done with the reset. I noticed I have more energy! Thank you so much for this is just what I needed.
